Warehouse Manager - Weekends

What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day distribution center operations and coordinate warehouse equipment operators, unloaders, and associates.
• Create shift plans and manage staffing, scheduling, workloads, payroll, expenses, reports, policies, and records.
• Monitor KPIs and business reports to improve productivity, efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, coach, train, and evaluate multiple warehouse teams.
• Enforce safety and compliance requirements, including OSHA standards and equipment certification.
• Implement process improvements using lean concepts and coordinate with sourcing, buying, inventory, and transportation teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment.
• At least 2–3 years of management experience.
• Experience with project management, process improvement, problem solving, and lean methodologies.
• Intermediate Microsoft Suite skills and effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to coach, develop, and lead multiple teams while collaborating across departments.
