Warehouse Lead Weekend

Location: Onsite at the Dallas Warehouse in Hutchins, Texas, USA

hirify.global operates a distribution center supporting the flow of furniture products into inventory and outbound shipments.

What you will do

• Lead and direct distribution center employees and temporary associates during daily warehouse operations.
• Oversee inbound putaway, outbound product pulling, staging, and inventory flow to shipping locations.
• Assist with delivery schedules, door sheets, shift plans, staffing assignments, and daily distribution center plans.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by checking SHP locations in STORIS and escalating discrepancies.
• Support productivity by providing floor coverage, coordinating breaks, addressing downtime, and reporting operational issues.
• Promote safety, conduct equipment audits, improve processes, and maintain housekeeping and quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, or a similar suite.
• Ability to train associates in putaway, pulling, and warehouse processing functions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to move furniture weighing up to 150 pounds and obtain reach truck and pallet jack certification.
