What you will do

• Oversee the put away of small parcel products and the pulling and staging of products for shipment.
• Direct and supervise Distribution Center team members and temporary associates on a daily basis.
• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in creating daily door sheets and executing shift plans for putaway and pulling.
• Assign work schedules via AWM and monitor staffing levels against vacation schedules.
• Conduct regular equipment audits and review monthly safety topics with the team.
• Maintain and refine area processes to ensure customer deadlines and quality standards are met.

Requirements

• High school diploma; College degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to carry and move furniture weighing up to 150 pounds.
• Must be certified on a reach truck and pallet jack.
• Consistent regular scheduled attendance.
