What you will do
- Own and facilitate the team’s delivery cadence, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Partner closely with engineers and team leads to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog.
- Identify and remove blockers, track progress, and proactively highlight risks.
- Translate business and stakeholder requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Provide concise status updates to stakeholders while minimizing reporting overhead for the engineering team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead within technical teams.
- Advanced level of English proficiency.
- Availability for full-time onsite presence in Buenos Aires.
- Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum or Kanban ceremonies.
- Strong backlog management skills and ability to drive continuous improvement through retrospectives.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, Jira, or similar platforms.
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or finance.
- CSM, PSM, or an equivalent certification.
- Experience working with DevOps and platform engineering teams.
