What you will do

• Collaborate with investor relations, marketing, compliance, and data stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements.
• Translate business needs into structured documentation, including user stories, data mappings, workflow definitions, and acceptance criteria.
• Design automation solutions for IR materials such as pitchbooks, fund factsheets, and reporting outputs.
• Define template logic, content personalization rules, tagging structures, and approval workflows.
• Coordinate with offshore developers and configuration teams by providing clear specifications and ongoing support.
• Validate system outputs to ensure alignment with business expectations and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Experience as a business analyst in a business-facing environment.
• Knowledge of private equity and investor relations materials (pitchbooks, fund factsheets, LP reporting).
• Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications, including workflows and data mappings.
• Understanding of content automation platforms and experience with Seismic, LiveDocs or similar tools.
• Experience working with offshore delivery teams and managing handoffs.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality control.

• Experience in financial services or asset management environments.
• Familiarity with compliance-driven content production and approval processes.
• Experience in workflow optimization and process reengineering.
