Product & Retention Analytics Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Buenos Aires or Córdoba, Argentina; the company is transitioning toward a hub-centric hybrid strategy with future hubs in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Bogotá, Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro, and São Paulo.

Félix is a hyper-growth Series B fintech building an AI-powered WhatsApp remittance product for Latin immigrants in the U.S., using AI, blockchain, and stablecoins for cross-border payments.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary analytics team covering Chat, Retention, AI, and Operations.
• Establish an analytical roadmap and map KPIs, drivers, and relationships across the customer lifecycle.
• Analyze conversion funnels, user behavior, retention changes, lifecycle mix, and customer friction points.
• Build dashboards, analytical frameworks, and scalable tools using Amplitude and Omni.
• Analyze conversational AI performance, operator workload, operational bottlenecks, and incremental impact through experimentation.
• Partner with Product, Operations, AI, Growth, Fintech, Customer Experience, and leadership stakeholders to turn insights into measurable actions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, Product Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Strong understanding of product metrics, funnels, cohorts, retention, experimentation, and behavioral analytics.
• Experience managing and developing analytical teams.
• Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar, plus BI and visualization tools.
• Advanced English level required.

Nice to have

• Experience with experimentation and causal inference.
• Experience with AI/LLM products or conversational analytics.
• Experience in fintech, conversational products, B2C companies, or other high-growth environments.
