Industrial Engineer II (Manufacturing)

Location: Arlington, Tennessee, USA; 100% onsite. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What you will do

• Develop productivity standards using data-driven analysis of people, processes, facilities, and technology.
• Apply Six Sigma methods to reduce waste, improve quality, and drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze production techniques, staffing models, equipment usage, workflows, and operational capacity.
• Evaluate facility space, capacity, utilization, and layouts, recommending footprint and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare labor cost estimates, RFP responses, presentations, and deployment plans.
• Design safer and more productive work methods, including ergonomic workstations and labor organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4+ years of related experience.
• Ability to create 2-D facility layout renderings using AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of high-level processes across multiple Operations functions and line-balancing techniques.
• Project management skills, including budgeting and RIO calculations.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Access, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.
