What you will do

• Manage the successful transition of new products and technology into production areas.
• Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, throughput, and quality.
• Design, develop, and implement tools, machinery, and equipment for manufacturing methods.
• Develop documentation including work instructions, process flow diagrams, and PFMEA.
• Lead tool preventative maintenance initiatives and manage capital expense projects.
• Interface with customers to implement corrective actions for quality and process issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with machining and production equipment.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of Kaizen and Lean manufacturing principles.

Nice to have

• Experience with AviX, Visio, and MS Project.
• PLC experience (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Fanuc, Okuma, or Mori-Seiki).
• Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
