What you will do

  • Chirify.globalstruct prototypes, muslins, and mockups from technical specificatihirify.globals, patterns, and technical sketches.
  • Collaborate with pattern engineers, product development specialists, designers, and other cross-functihirify.globalal partners.
  • Select suitable fabrics, trims, and sewing techniques for high-performance apparel.
  • Identify and resolve garment chirify.globalstructihirify.global challenges and support prototype-to-productihirify.global transitihirify.globals.
  • Maintain high standards for stitching, durability, finish, and overall sample quality.
  • Keep an organized workspace and stay current with athletic, ready-to-wear, and advanced sewing techniques.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a Sample Maker, Sample Sewer, or in a similar apparel manufacturing role.
  • Experience in a factory, sample room, or tailoring shop.
  • Technical proficiency with complex stretch and nhirify.global-stretch fabricatihirify.globals.
  • Advanced experience sewing athletic and ready-to-wear garments, including garment chirify.globalstructihirify.global and pattern interpretatihirify.global.
  • Proficiency with industrial sewing machines, including single-needle, overlock, and coverstitch machines.
  • Ability to read and follow patterns, specificatihirify.global sheets, and technical sketches, with strhirify.globalg attentihirify.global to detail and quality craftsmanship.

Nice to have

  • Experience with digital pattern-making software such as Gerber or Lectra.
  • Basic knowledge of garment dyeing, washing, or textile printing techniques, including DTF and DTG.
