What you will do

• Conceptualize and implement technical solutions to meet evolving product needs.
• Develop and refine production patterns in collaboration with the design team to ensure feasibility and aesthetics.
• Conduct inspections and verification of production patterns against design specifications.
• Integrate and enforce technical standards and safety regulations throughout the development process.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, including detailed specifications and material lists.
• Oversee manufacturing processes in facilities to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements

• Degree or apprenticeship in Clothing Technology, Pattern Construction, Textile Design/Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical product development or pattern making within the textile/clothing industry.
• Expertise in CAD software such as Gerber, Lectra, or similar systems.
• Strong technical understanding of garment construction and production processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
