Senior Firmware Developer (RF)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for a next-generation monitoring receiver.
• Optimize firmware for low latency, high throughput, and efficient memory usage.
• Develop drivers, BSPs, and low-level hardware interfaces.
• Integrate firmware with ADCs, FPGAs, RF frontend components, and high-speed data paths.
• Contribute to system architecture, code reviews, product verification, validation, and production support.
• Debug complex issues across hardware and software layers.

Requirements

• Degree, Master’s, or PhD in electrical, electronics, communications, or computer engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant embedded firmware development experience, preferably in RF or test and measurement.
• Experience with RTOS or bare-metal development, embedded Linux, or device drivers.
• Strong understanding of RF principles and signal-processing fundamentals.
• Experience with DSP algorithms such as FFT, windowing, and spectral analysis.
• Familiarity with FPGA-based systems, FPGA-software integration, high-speed interfaces, Python, or MATLAB.
