What you will do

• Develop and maintain novel robotic systems for large-scale automation.
• Contribute to the architectural design of complex systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Diagnose and debug complex, multi-variable system issues in real-time environments.
• Engineer solutions balancing high performance, reliability, and functional safety.
• Master components including networking, security, navigation, motor control, and sensor integration.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• High level of proficiency with C/C++ and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, device drivers, and multicore systems.
• Experience with embedded or real-time operating systems (e.g., FreeRTOS, RT Linux).
• Proven experience leading design or architecture of complex systems.
• Experience as a mentor or technical lead on complex projects.

Nice to have

• Experience with robotic control systems and board bring-up (HAL/BSP).
• Knowledge of RF, wireless communications (802.11), and data security.
• Hands-on development with vision sensors (cameras, 3DTOF).
• Experience developing safety-certified systems (IEC 61508).
• Experience with AWS and large data set analysis.
