Logistics Manager

What you will do

• Manage 3PL providers, service-level agreements, contractual obligations, key performance indicators, and downstream supply-chain costs.
• Plan and implement cost-saving programs across warehousing and transportation operations.
• Own visibility-item order processing in SAP and hirify.global systems, ensuring accurate inventory, product-age tracking, delivery, and maintenance coordination.
• Manage stock reconciliations, inventory visibility, quality compliance, complaints handling, and repair processes.
• Oversee daily logistics and customer-service execution while engaging key customers on supply-chain practices and network optimization.
• Prepare supply-chain tenders and benchmarks, support Finance with month-end closing and audits, and improve local reporting and processes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing logistics or warehousing, ideally in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial, results-driven, accurate, and detail-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Good working knowledge of SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
• University degree.
• Business-level English and Mandarin required.
