Logistics Analyst

Location: Taipei, Taiwan; fully onsite

What you will do

• Track inbound and outbound shipments from origin pickup through final delivery across suppliers, contract manufacturers, warehouses, and end destinations.
• Maintain accurate shipment, delivery, inventory receipt, and documentation records in ERP and internal systems.
• Monitor shipment status, lead times, delivery performance, logistics costs, and exceptions; identify risks before they cause delays.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouse partners to resolve delays and discrepancies.
• Review commercial invoices, packing lists, and Incoterms alignment for international shipments.
• Support inventory control, recurring reporting, SOP improvements, and process automation across Taiwan operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain analytics, or import/export operations.
• Hands-on experience coordinating international import and export shipments.
• Working knowledge of Taiwan import/export regulations, customs clearance, and domestic shipping, as well as international freight forwarding and shipping documentation.
• Knowledge of air freight, ocean freight, express courier services, Incoterms, and international trade practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills; proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including lookups, pivots, and basic modeling. Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin, written and spoken, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in compute, manufacturing, robotics, aerospace, or AI hardware deployments at scale.
• Experience handling high-value, time-sensitive, or controlled shipments.
• Familiarity with ERP, TMS, or shipment tracking systems.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and influencing without authority.
