What you will do
- Operate the manufacturing warehouse, including inbound, outbound, kitting, material counting, storage, and shipment preparation.
- Support production plans by collecting and supplying materials to the production line and packing finished goods for shipment.
- Manage inventory control, maintain traceability, and align physical quantities with SAP records.
- Organize daily, weekly, and quarterly cycle counts and drive improvements in inventory accuracy.
- Optimize warehouse processes, space allocation, storage strategies, operating costs, and digitalization.
- Monitor warehouse metrics, maintain equipment and tools, manage operational waste, and collaborate with internal manufacturing customers and the STC warehouse team.
Requirements
- Professional and disciplined approach to warehouse operations.
- Ability to follow warehouse procedures and health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Experience or capability in inventory control, warehouse documentation, cycle counting, and material traceability.
- Ability to work with SAP records and maintain accurate inbound and outbound documentation.
- Effective communication and collaboration with manufacturing and warehouse teams.
- Ability to maintain warehouse equipment and handle waste from forklift operations, including pallets, cartons, and packing materials.
