DevOps Tech Lead (AWS)

What you will do

• Lead the implementation, modernization, and operation of AWS infrastructure supporting ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Own platform reliability, performance, availability, automation, monitoring, and incident management.
• Deploy, configure, upgrade, and tune ArcGIS Enterprise across development, testing, and production environments, including Kubernetes deployments.
• Design Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines with Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement backup, recovery, high-availability, and disaster-recovery procedures.
• Define technical standards, maintain operational documentation, and collaborate with architects, engineers, and client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Production experience operating ArcGIS Enterprise, including administration, upgrades, patching, migrations, and Kubernetes deployments.
• Knowledge of ArcGIS Enterprise security, networking, storage, integrations, and performance tuning.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure operations, migration, and modernization.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
• Working knowledge of monitoring, logging, observability, and production troubleshooting.
• Experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and working with client stakeholders; upper-intermediate English or higher required.
