DevOps Deployment Engineer (AWS)

Location: Georgia or Moldova; remote and hybrid work options are available.

What you will do

• Build, automate, and support deployment pipelines and infrastructure-as-code solutions with the DevSecOps team.
• Plan and coordinate application releases, upgrades, hot fixes, and service packs across development, testing, and production.
• Improve deployment processes and tools for faster, more reliable, and scalable releases.
• Maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions for production system health and performance.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to investigate and resolve deployment issues.
• Create deployment documentation, runbooks, and best-practice guides.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in DevOps or a similar role, preferably focused on deployment automation and infrastructure management.
• Experience writing automation scripts with Python, Shell, PowerShell, or similar languages.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or similar tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
