DevOps Engineer

Location: Hybrid work in Gdańsk, Poland, with three days per week in the office

Salary: 18,000–19,300 PLN gross per month; 5% annual bonus

What you will do

• Design, implement, and operate scalable and secure cloud solutions with Product Development teams.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
• Build standardized infrastructure and deployment solution blueprints.
• Define and measure SLOs and SLIs with development teams, while monitoring and troubleshooting production environments.
• Support application modernization, containerization, and migration to cloud-native architectures.
• Improve adoption of security, observability, infrastructure management, and developer productivity practices.

Requirements

• Strong cloud and infrastructure engineering experience, including scalable cloud environment design and operations.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and VMware.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of software supply chain security, SAST, SCA, pipeline controls, and tools such as Snyk.
• Familiarity with New Relic, OpenTelemetry, cloud cost optimization, and security frameworks including NIST-800, CIS, and SOC 2.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
