Lead DevOps Engineer

Location: Onsite positions are available in Almaty, Astana, Belgrade, Cluj-Napoca, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Krakow, Kyiv, Larnaca, Lodz, Lublin, Lviv, Odesa, Riga, Sofia, Tbilisi, Varna, Warsaw, Wroclaw, and Yerevan. Remote positions are available from Bulgaria, Georgia, Kazakhstan, and Poland.

What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of hybrid AWS-based and on-premise infrastructure.
• Establish DevOps standards, best practices, and technical decisions across the team.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Terraform.
• Manage scalable containerized environments with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines and improve monitoring, logging, and observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and AWS CloudWatch.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and production issues, collaborate across teams, and mentor DevOps engineers.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure engineering, including technical leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure design.
• Production experience with Docker and Kubernetes, plus strong knowledge of Terraform and Helm.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch, Linux administration, Bash scripting, and Git.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
