Tech Lead DevOps Engineer (AWS/Kubernetes)

What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of hybrid AWS and on-premise infrastructure.
• Define DevOps standards, technical decisions, and best practices across the team.
• Build scalable, secure, highly available infrastructure using Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and AWS CloudWatch.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, improve platform reliability, and mentor DevOps engineers.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure engineering, including technical leadership.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Tech Lead.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure design.
• Production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch, Linux administration, Bash scripting, and Git.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
