DevOps Engineer (DIH Project) (Kubernetes)

DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes/Cloud): Setting up CI/CD pipelines and managing Kubernetes-native applications for the Telekom Data Intelligence Hub with an accent on multi-cloud infrastructure and GitOps. Focus on implementing Infrastructure as Code, ensuring security compliance via policy-as-code, and maintaining zero-downtime deployments.

Location: Warszawa, Poland (Hybrid: office presence required 1x per quarter)

What you will do

• Setup CI/CD pipelines for multi-language microservice-based applications.
• Create deployment scripts for Kubernetes native applications using Helm Charts and GitOps.
• Develop and maintain cloud-based infrastructures via Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Ensure security and data privacy compliance through policy-as-code.
• Deploy and manage Kubernetes platforms across multi-cloud and on-prem environments.
• Implement monitoring solutions for applications and infrastructure to ensure zero downtime.

Requirements

• 3+ years of DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, GKE) and Helm Charts.
• Proficiency with public clouds (Azure, AWS, Google, or OTC).
• Experience with Gitlab CI/CD and GitOps tools like ArgoCD or FluxCD.
• English: Strong communication skills are required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of German language.
• Experience with Rancher, Crossplane, Cilium, or Kyverno.
• Familiarity with the Grafana Stack, Prometheus, Loki, and Thanos.
