What you will do
- Build and maintain relationships with a dedicated customer base in collaboration with Account Managers.
- Provide customer service by phone, email, and CRM tools.
- Process orders, organize returns, and identify alternative products or process improvements.
- Investigate, prioritize, escalate, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Follow customer cases through to resolution while building loyalty and trust.
Requirements
- Comfortable using a PC and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with customer relationship management software; SAP knowledge is preferred.
- Ability to investigate customer problems and identify root causes.
- Friendly, organized, and resilient approach to customer service.
