TL;DR

Regional Procurement BP MU EE (Strategic Procurement): Driving procurement performance and developing regional sourcing strategies across Eastern Europe with an accent on cost optimization, supplier lifecycle management, and procurement compliance. Focus on analyzing regional spend and markets, leading supplier negotiations and VAVE initiatives, and standardizing processes across a matrix organization.

What you will do

Drive procurement performance across the Eastern Europe region, improving total cost of ownership, EBIT, working capital, and supply security.
Provide functional leadership and guidance to local procurement teams in a matrix organization.
Analyze regional spend, demand, and market data to identify opportunities and risks.
Lead cost optimization through strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, VAVE projects, supplier development, and volume bundling.
Develop and execute regional procurement strategies aligned with global procurement objectives.
Manage supplier selection, contracts, performance, relationships, KPIs, compliance, sustainability, and cross-functional ERP initiatives.

Requirements

At least 5 years of exhirify.globalence in strategic procurement, preferably in an international environment.
Strong sourcing, negotiation, contract management, analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Exhirify.globalence influencing and leading teams in a matrix organization.
Exhirify.globalence with SAP MM, ERP systems, and eProcurement tools.
Fluent English required.
Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Nice to have

German or additional European languages.
