Catalog Category Manager

hirify.global provides technology products and services and is hiring for its Supply Chain & Operations function.

What you will do

• Manage the strategic development and operation of hirify.global automated Ariba Catalogs.
• Oversee catalog implementation and maintenance in partnership with IT and external suppliers.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate catalog processes and implement new catalogs.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, translate business priorities into procurement catalog plans, and improve customer experience.
• Monitor catalog metrics and supplier performance while managing supplier relationships.
• Lead process standardization and improvement initiatives, resolve complex issues, and mentor lower-level contributors.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 4–7 years of experience in procurement, category management, operations, or a related field; an advanced degree with 3–5 years of experience may also qualify.
• Knowledge of category management, procurement, supplier management, cost reduction, finance, KPIs, and project management.
• Strong communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
• Ability to provide independent analytical and strategic support and respond to moderately complex issues within established guidelines.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
