Head of Procurement & Logistics (AI)

What you will do

• Define and execute the global procurement and logistics strategy for the Digital Grid business.
• Build and manage a global supplier ecosystem, including supplier development and risk mitigation.
• Transform procurement and logistics into a data-driven function by identifying and scaling AI use cases.
• Deliver cost optimization, productivity improvements, logistics efficiency, delivery reliability, and compliance.
• Lead and develop globally distributed, cross-functional teams and strengthen future capabilities.
• Advise senior leadership by connecting business strategy with procurement and logistics execution.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, supply chain management, engineering, economics, logistics, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is accepted.
• Many years of experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or strategic sourcing in a global industrial or technology-driven organization.
• Several years of experience leading global and cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders across regions and functions.
• Experience with analytics, automation, AI, or digital transformation initiatives in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Strong commercial, financial, contractual, supplier management, negotiation, and risk-management expertise.
• Proficient English communication is required.
