What you will do

• Lead procurement activities across the UK and France.
• Implement global category strategies in local markets and provide country-level input.
• Execute sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and supplier management activities.
• Partner with stakeholders on budgets, spend planning, and future business needs.
• Review local contracts, analyze spend trends, and improve procurement process consistency.
• Build stakeholder relationships and influence decisions across international markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and progressive procurement experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical procurement; 10 years is preferred.
• Experience supporting global category teams, suppliers, and procurement processes.
• Expertise in sourcing, negotiations, contracting, supplier relationship management, risk, compliance, and financial assessment.
• Strong data analysis, cost savings, cash flow improvement, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
• Working knowledge of ERP and eRFx systems such as Oracle, Zycus, GEP, or Ariba, plus Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
