Digital Product Manager (AI)

Location: Munich, Bavaria, Germany; hybrid work model with regular work from the Munich office.

What you will do

• Own digital product initiatives from discovery and requirements definition through delivery, launch, and adoption.
• Translate user and business needs into product requirements, user journeys, priorities, and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists on product and technical trade-offs.
• Drive UI/UX concepts, user research, validation, and continuous product improvement.
• Define success metrics and use data and customer feedback to guide product decisions.
• Identify and drive data-driven, AI-enabled, and scalable product capabilities for industrial customers.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, software engineering, business informatics, engineering, or a comparable discipline.
• Experience in software product management, software development, or technical product ownership.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, integrations, databases, cloud applications, and software development concepts.
• Strong product and UI/UX mindset with experience translating user needs into digital solutions.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B software, industrial applications, manufacturing, or the chemical industry.
• Additional language skills.
