AI-native Product Manager

Location: Remote, hybrid, or from one of hirify.global’s European offices

hirify.global is a European fintech providing B2B payment solutions through an API-first platform, embedded finance, white-label credit cards, and workflow automation.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for hirify.global Assistant and AI-powered experiences across the product portfolio.
• Define how customers use AI to understand, manage, and automate financial workflows.
• Design explainable AI-native workflows that support recommendations, review, correction, delegation, and user control.
• Partner with Engineering and Data on model selection, retrieval, evaluation, observability, prompt management, data isolation, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Create reusable AI interaction patterns and shared capabilities for product teams.
• Write product specifications, prototype with modern AI tools, analyze product data, interview customers, and iterate quickly.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with B2B SaaS, fintech, developer tools, AI products, workflow automation, or data-heavy platforms.
• Experience building complex products involving data, APIs, workflows, or backend-heavy systems.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to connect technology choices with valuable customer outcomes.
• Strong AI product intuition, including deterministic logic versus LLMs, context construction, retrieval, evaluation, feedback loops, model routing, and quality measurement.
• Technical fluency in architecture, APIs, AI systems, and technical trade-offs.
• Experience shipping AI-powered products or intelligent workflow automation is strongly preferred.

• Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, developer tools, AI products, workflow automation, or data-heavy platforms.
• Experience with trust, explainability, guardrails, safety, latency, cost, and AI failure modes.
