TL;DR
(Associate) Product Manager (Fintech): Building and shipping digital banking, taxation, client data management, and wealth management products with an accent on user research, product requirements, and cross-functional execution. Focus on defining backlogs, translating business and regulatory requirements into user-friendly features, and measuring post-launch customer outcomes.
Location: Berlin or Munich, Germany. International relocation support is provided if required, and an opportunity to work from abroad is available.

What you will do
- Lead high-visibility initiatives and take end-to-end product ownership within an assigned domain.
- Partner with engineers, designers, and domain experts to scope, build, and ship product features.
- Conduct user research, analyze metrics, and maintain product backlogs with clear user stories and specifications.
- Align operations, legal, risk, compliance, and finance stakeholders around user-friendly digital products.
- Track key performance metrics after launch and iterate to improve customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, data, mathematics, engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Initial experience from internships, working student positions, or entry-level roles in product management, consulting, operations, or a fast-growing startup.
- Hands-on experience with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma, plus user story creation and rapid prototyping.
- Fluent English is required as the company language.
- Proactive, solution-oriented execution with strong ownership, attention to detail, resilience, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Passion for digital products, technology, investing, and finance.

Hiring process

- Initial 30-minute interview with a Hiring Manager, followed by a domain-specific online test assignment.
- Onsite assessment day during the week of 21 September in Munich or Berlin, followed by an offer and domain matching.
