What you will do

• Define and develop AI product visions and roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives.
• Translate strategic goals and operational requirements into actionable product requirements for Business, Data Science, and Engineering teams.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for AI solutions from discovery through delivery to lifecycle management.
• Manage agile product development using Scrum or Kanban, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Ensure AI solutions meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and ethical AI principles.
• Shape the technical direction of AI solutions and make informed trade-off decisions regarding performance, scalability, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Project Manager, preferably with AI/ML-driven products.
• Solid understanding of modern AI/ML concepts, architectures, and experience in agile environments.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical thinking skills.
• Very good German and English skills (written and spoken).
