Principal Product Manager (AI Product)

What you will do

• Co-own the AI product end-to-end, from market research and discovery through user acceptance testing and release.
• Translate user needs into business outcomes and contribute to the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Work closely with product design and engineering to ensure the right products are built effectively.
• Set direction for and coach product managers who own parts of the product.
• Align senior management and business stakeholders around product outcomes and strategy.
• Represent customer needs while balancing technical constraints, business goals, industry trends, and competitive products.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a product manager working on software products.
• Experience mentoring or leading other product managers.
• Strong user-centric product thinking and the ability to translate user needs into impactful products and business outcomes.
• Strong IT affinity and understanding of how software products are built.
• Familiarity with AI products and technologies.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience shipping AI-powered products.
• Experience with PowerPoint and creating compelling presentations.
