Product Manager (Mobile Apps)

Location: Hybrid work between the Berlin-Mitte office and home. Relocation assistance to Berlin is available.

What you will do

• Run the full experiment loop from hypothesis and specification through launch, readout, and the decision to ship or stop.
• Use data, research, and member feedback to identify high-value product opportunities.
• Define and deliver a focused set of features with design and engineering teams.
• Own product outcomes rather than individual tickets.
• Communicate experiment results clearly so they can inform company-wide decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, including work on consumer mobile apps at scale.
• Strong product analytics skills, including metric definition, experiment reasoning, and interpretation of statistical results.
• Demonstrated ownership, leadership, independence, and shipped product work.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Ability to collaborate closely with design to create simple, intuitive user experiences.
• Interest in using AI thoughtfully to improve product operations.
