Realty Project Coach

Location: Onsite in Naugatuck, Connecticut, United States, with frequent travel across surrounding states and farther across the US. The role requires overnight shifts averaging 10–12 hours and being away from home approximately 80% of the time, or 17–21 days at a time.

Salary: $60,000–$110,000 annual salary, plus potential performance-based bonuses and stock compensation.

What you will do

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Communicate plans, changes, obstacles, and operational impacts to key stakeholders.
• Partner with store leadership and team leads to supervise hourly associates and resolve escalations.
• Hire, train, mentor, evaluate, and recognize associates while supporting their career development.
• Build stakeholder relationships, monitor project progress, and implement business solutions and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Either a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field plus 1 year of relevant experience, or 3 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience may include project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Availability for primarily overnight shifts, frequent travel of up to 1,000 miles from home, and extended periods away from home is required.
• Completion of all required job training and assessments is required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in business or a related field.
• Experience leading a cross-functional team.
• Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
