Project Manager - Restaurant Services

Location: Dublin, Ohio, United States; in-office at the hirify.global Restaurant Support Center at least 4 days per week. Candidates must be located in Dublin, OH or willing to relocate.

Salary: $105,000–$184,000 annually, plus a target annual bonus of 20% of base salary.

What you will do

• Manage multiple projects from discovery and innovation through implementation and evaluation, including post-implementation product ownership.
• Lead cross-functional restaurant support center and field operations teams in testing and integrating new operating systems, processes, and tools.
• Conduct operational assessments, market visits, training sessions, and round-table discussions to support effective procedures and national implementation.
• Create project plans, status reports, steering committee updates, training materials, operating guides, and adoption strategies.
• Coordinate project communications, conference calls, webinars, milestones, issues, and leadership updates.
• Support franchisees, field leadership, and field operations with existing and new project processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Project management experience and proficiency leading cross-functional teams through all project phases.
• Strong understanding of software development, system integrations, IT infrastructure, and technology solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams while maintaining a business and operational perspective.
• At least 2 years of restaurant operations experience, including multi-level restaurant supervision.
• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree in business, restaurant or hospitality management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, influencing, consulting, communication, and relationship-building skills.
