What you will do

• Lead project meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain master schedules across project phases.
• Coordinate new construction development activities from due diligence through project opening.
• Collaborate with real estate managers, construction managers, architects, civil engineers, general contractors, and client consultants.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure accurate dates in client and internal reporting platforms.
• Prepare project status summaries, track action items, and follow up with stakeholders.
• Manage a regional workload of 30–50 concurrent new construction projects and report major issues and recommendations to account leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, urban or city planning, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of directly related experience in engineering, construction, or project management.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects, stakeholders, schedules, and reporting requirements.
• Strong client focus, written and verbal communication, organization, leadership, consultation, and technical proficiency.
• Ability to travel 50%, approximately 10 days per month.
