Realty Project Coach (Retail Construction)

Location: Fayetteville, Arkansas, United States. The role is based at a home store and requires frequent travel across the US, including up to 1,000 miles from home and periods of 17–21 days away. Overnight shifts typically last 10–12 hours.

Salary: $60,000–$110,000 per year, plus potential performance-based bonuses and stock compensation.

What you will do

• Deliver store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US.
• Own project execution and keep work on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.
• Communicate plans, changes, obstacles, and project impacts to stakeholders and store leadership.
• Supervise, train, mentor, and develop hourly associates working on projects.
• Resolve concerns and escalations involving store leadership, suppliers, and associates.
• Coordinate project work to minimize disruption to store operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field plus one year of relevant experience, or three years of relevant experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area.
• Knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel frequently across the United States are required.
• Successful completion of required trainings and assessments.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience leading a cross-functional team.
• Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
