Project Manager (Construction)

Salary: $93,500–$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Run construction programs for restaurants, standalone locations, and urban storefronts.
• Chair project meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain project budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate project reports, drawing reviews, and work across conceptual, design, development, and construction phases.
• Support consultant and construction team selection and contracting.
• Review requisitions, change orders, and project invoices, advising account and facility management teams.
• Supervise project managers, space planners, and CAD operators when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a similar field.
• At least seven years of directly related engineering or construction project experience, or ten years of equivalent advisory or engineering supervisory experience.
• Excellent client relations, client management, consultation, leadership, administrative, and communication skills.
• Technical background and project responsibility experience.
• Microsoft Project and Excel competency.
• Ability to travel between floors and buildings and work while sitting or standing for prolonged periods.

Nice to have

• Restaurant and urban storefront experience.
• At least three years of supervisory experience in project management.
