Salary: $192,000–$384,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead economic research and advanced analysis to guide strategic business decisions.
• Develop statistical, econometric, and machine learning models for forecasting and hypothesis testing.
• Oversee high-quality data pipelines and analytical code using Python, SQL, and related tools.
• Design experiments, evaluate initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate complex economic findings through reports and visualizations to technical and executive audiences.
• Mentor team members and build strategic partnerships that support business goals.

Requirements

• Extensive experience applying economic research, theory, and advanced econometric techniques to complex business challenges.
• Proficiency in statistical methods, data analysis, and Python, SQL, or R.
• Experience developing data pipelines and analytical models.
• Strong leadership skills with a record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to communicate economic concepts and data-driven insights to executive and technical audiences.
