Salary: $170,000 - $255,000 USD (base pay depends on location zone)

What you will do

• Develop predictive frameworks to anticipate workforce trends and talent needs.
• Architect a unified workforce data model integrating recruiting, performance, and survey data.
• Standardize the metrics dictionary and semantic layer for company-wide consistency.
• Implement role-based access controls and data governance for sensitive personnel data.
• Design a continuous, always-on listening framework for real-time organizational health.
• Act as technical product owner for internal data interfaces in collaboration with Enterprise Engineering.

Requirements

• 7+ years of data science experience.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern data infrastructure such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or dbt.
• Strong background in statistics, experimental design, and psychometrics or survey methodology.
• Experience integrating language models (LLMs) into data pipelines for automated text processing.
• Must be based in and able to work from the Menlo Park, Chicago, or New York offices.
