Lead Supply Chain Manager (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Own day-to-day supplier execution performance from PO release through delivery.
• Partner with suppliers to accelerate critical material deliveries and develop recovery plans for at-risk parts.
• Assess supplier lead times and production capacity to identify constraints and implement improvement plans.
• Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks regarding quality, delivery, capacity, and logistics.
• Monitor and report KPIs (OTD, lead time adherence, capacity utilization, PPV) and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, planning, engineering, logistics, PMO, and quality teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Operations.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, supplier management, or operations.
• Strong expertise in supplier execution management, recovery planning, and capacity/lead time analysis.
• Experience tracking and reporting PPV and supply chain KPIs.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and data visualization tools.
• Must have valid US work authorization (no visa sponsorship available).

Nice to have

• Experience in the Aerospace and/or Automotive industry.
• APICS certification.
