Salary: $100K – $130K + Equity

What you will do

• Execute purchase orders for satellite components, subsystems, materials, and services.
• Source competitive quotes while balancing schedule, cost, quality, and risk.
• Manage supplier relationships, especially with long-lead and sole-source vendors.
• Coordinate delivery schedules for R&D and flight items to ensure on-time production.
• Support the testing and implementation of a new ERP system.
• Handle domestic and international logistics and shipping documentation, including HTS codes and Incoterms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or 3-5 years of technical purchasing experience.
• Experience in Aviation, Aerospace, Defense, or Robotics industries.
• Expertise in purchasing technical components, machined parts, and electronics.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001 or AS9100.
• U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency (Green Card), or protected individual status required.

Nice to have

• Experience with consignment and turnkey purchasing for PCB assembly.
• Knowledge of controlled-item handling and ECCN basics.
