Finance Manager

Location: Los Angeles HQ, onsite

Salary: $140,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning.
• Build driver-based financial models and scenario analyses for business opportunities, risks, and investments.
• Prepare monthly management reporting, executive dashboards, KPI reports, and budget-to-actual analyses.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Commercial, Retail, Ecommerce, and Corporate leaders on resource planning and business performance.
• Provide financial analysis, business cases, profitability recommendations, and decision support for senior leadership.
• Improve finance processes through automation, standardization, reporting enhancements, and collaboration with Technology, Data, and Analytics teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Consulting, or a related field.
• Advanced financial modeling and forecasting experience, including expert-level Excel skills.
• Strong PowerPoint, executive presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with financial planning and business intelligence tools such as Planful, Looker, Adaptive Planning, or Anaplan.
• Understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.

Nice to have

• MBA, CFA, or another advanced financial certification.
• Experience in high-growth consumer, retail, apparel, ecommerce, or multi-channel businesses.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
