What you will do

• Coordinate and consolidate financial data across recurring finance cycles.
• Provide analytical support for actuals, planning, and forecasting activities.
• Prepare variance analysis and reporting commentary to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to simplify processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Partner with senior Financial Controllers in the Netherlands to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• Background in finance with exposure to reporting, planning, or performance management.
• Strong Excel capability and experience with data transformation or automation tools.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Clear communication skills for working with international stakeholders.
• Must be based in Manila.
