Senior Analyst, Retail Fulfillment & Distribution

Location: Remote - US

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 base salary per year, plus performance bonus and stock options for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Manage B2B order processing, order flow, fulfillment execution, and delivery tracking with 3PL partners.
• Coordinate daily operations across hirify.global, retailers, 3PLs, carriers, and transportation partners.
• Align inventory availability and allocation with Supply Planning and Demand Planning teams.
• Manage retailer compliance requirements, including routing, labeling, palletization, dunnage, and appointment scheduling.
• Coordinate LTL and FTL shipments, monitor delivery exceptions, and reduce chargebacks and service failures.
• Maintain operational reporting and improve fulfillment, transportation, and retailer compliance workflows.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, supply chain, logistics, transportation, or fulfillment operations.
• Experience with B2B or retail fulfillment in a CPG, wellness, supplement, or consumer goods environment.
• Strong understanding of retailer compliance, routing, labeling, palletization, and appointment scheduling.
• Experience coordinating LTL and FTL transportation operations and working with 3PL partners, carriers, and retailer portals.
• Strong cross-functional communication, stakeholder management, organization, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP, TMS, or retail operational systems is preferred.
