What you will do

• Review and monitor purchase requisitions for accuracy, quantity, and product specifications.
• Negotiate pricing, purchase terms, and equipment life cycles with external vendors.
• Conduct research on product availability, alternative suppliers, and value analysis.
• Prepare cost analysis reports detailing goods analysis, rebates, and discounting structures.
• Collaborate with department heads to recommend product alternatives and process improvements.
• Expedite delayed orders and manage the electronic capital budget process.

Requirements

• 4+ years of applicable experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Proficiency in Materials Management Information Systems and advanced Microsoft Office.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in a hospital environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
