Business Process Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics)

What you will do

• Support franchise partners and business users in using and improving retail solutions.
• Analyse and optimise sales, purchasing, service, inventory, and finance processes.
• Gather business needs and translate them into requirements, process documentation, and functional specifications.
• Support unit and integration testing, release management, and deployment activities.
• Investigate and resolve system and process issues with internal teams and development partners.
• Collaborate with EMEA stakeholders to standardise processes and deliver IT retail improvements.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Practical experience administering and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Knowledge of SQL, databases, system architecture, APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with software testing, release management, development teams, and preferably Agile delivery.
• Good scripting skills, such as PowerShell; AL, Power Platform, or web technologies are advantageous.
• Fluent English required, with willingness to travel within EMEA.

Nice to have

• Retail or automotive retail experience.
• Experience with Business Central Online.
• Additional language skills.
