Systems Business Analyst Sr.

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 annual base salary plus annual target bonus

What you will do

• Act as a liaison between Capital Partners Technology and business groups.
• Define and document business needs, functional requirements, workflows, and system solutions.
• Create methodology documents, workflow and dataflow diagrams, screen designs, project plans, and issue logs.
• Manage assigned efforts using waterfall or iterative development processes and ensure compliance with departmental standards.
• Coordinate communications, user training, system configuration, and user acceptance activities.
• Use SQL and reporting or BI tools such as Qlik Sense to analyze data, validate requirements, and support testing.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience at a financial services company, with private banking or investment management experience preferred.
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience working with business counterparts to clarify requests, define functional requirements, and coordinate acceptance testing.
• Experience working with development teams on requirements, integration testing, and QA testing.
• Strong business analysis skills, including business requirements, product proposals, and business and technical workflows.
• Ability to analyze workflows, identify improvements, manage multiple tasks, communicate professionally, and use Microsoft Office and advanced Excel and PowerPoint features.
