What you will do

• Review and validate functional and technical requirements against business objectives.
• Assess operational impact by mapping gaps between legacy workflows (Forge 2.0) and future-state workflows.
• Validate member experience workflows, UI/UX configurations, and custom branding needs.
• Drive readiness planning for branches, contact centre, and operations teams, including drafting internal policy and procedure updates.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, architects, and developers in Agile delivery teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst in software development projects.
• Strong analytical skills for mapping complex operational workflows and business rules.
• Experience facilitating workshops, managing business validation testing, and coordinating business cutover readiness.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Deep expertise in business analysis in financial services, retail banking, or credit union sectors.
• Strong understanding of digital banking member experiences.
