Business / Systems Analyst (Fintech)

hirify.global is hiring for an enterprise digital banking modernization project focused on aligning a new platform with business requirements and operational needs.

What you will do

• Review and validate functional and technical requirements against business objectives.
• Assess operational impacts and identify gaps between Forge 2.0 legacy workflows and future-state workflows.
• Validate member experience workflows, UI/UX configurations, and custom branding requirements.
• Plan readiness activities for branches, the contact centre, and operations teams.
• Draft internal policy and procedure updates and coordinate business cutover readiness.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, architects, and developers in Agile delivery teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst in software development projects.
• Strong analytical skills, including mapping complex operational workflows and business rules.
• Experience facilitating workshops, managing business validation testing, and coordinating cutover readiness.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Expertise in financial services, retail banking, or credit union business analysis.
• Understanding of digital banking member experiences.
• Experience with large-scale modernization or enterprise transformation projects.
