What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end proposal development process from RFP analysis through submission.
• Coordinate subject matter experts, writers, and other contributors to gather and develop proposal content.
• Create and maintain proposal schedules, allocate resources, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Write, edit, and review content for clarity, consistency, completeness, and compliance.
• Work with Business Development and Operations to clarify requirements and resolve proposal-related questions.
• Maintain repositories of proposal content, templates, and reusable materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Typically 9+ years of experience in proposal management, business development, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in proposal management or project management.
• Experience with complex technical proposals or a similar industry.
• Familiarity with government contracting processes and a record of winning competitive proposals.
• Current security clearance.
