Salary: $93,937 - $159,693 Annually

What you will do
- Lead, supervise, and review the work of Proposal Development Specialists.
- Facilitate meetings with senior Sales, Strategy, and Finance management to formulate proforma analyses for large projects.
- Develop successful bid response strategies and responses to RFx events and unsolicited customer opportunities.
- Serve as the project manager and central point of contact for assigned proposal opportunities.
- Create customizable content that conveys the value of supply chain services to utility and broadband customers.
- Collaborate with UBS Sales and Operations to prepare and submit detailed scopes of work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in proposal or sales writing.
- 3+ years of project management and collaboration skills in fast-paced environments.
- Must be a US applicant.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including business storytelling and editing.
Nice to have
- 4 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or distributor sales within the utility or broadband sectors.
- Experience developing high-level presentations for executive audiences.
