What you will do

• Lead, supervise, and review the work of Proposal Development Specialists.
• Facilitate meetings with senior Sales, Strategy, and Finance management to formulate proforma analyses for large projects.
• Develop successful bid response strategies and responses to RFx events and unsolicited customer opportunities.
• Serve as the project manager and central point of contact for assigned proposal opportunities.
• Create customizable content that conveys the value of supply chain services to utility and broadband customers.
• Collaborate with UBS Sales and Operations to prepare and submit detailed scopes of work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in proposal or sales writing.
• 3+ years of project management and collaboration skills in fast-paced environments.
• Must be a US applicant.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including business storytelling and editing.

Nice to have

• 4 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or distributor sales within the utility or broadband sectors.
• Experience developing high-level presentations for executive audiences.
