Associate Territory Manager - Shreveport (Medical Devices)

Location: Shreveport, Louisiana, United States; field-based work within the assigned territory

Compensation: $95,000 at plan, including a $70,000 base salary and commission under the sales compensation plan.

What you will do

• Support sales, account growth, and territory management for LifeVest and cardiac diagnostic products.
• Persuade physicians and educate support staff through individual discussions, group in-services, exhibits, and conferences.
• Enroll and train customers on the hirify.global Patient Management system.
• Train hospital and office staff on complete medical orders, collect documentation, and reduce order exceptions.
• Provide territory coverage during Territory Manager absences or vacancies.
• Analyze territory trends, communicate findings, and achieve assigned sales objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• One year of sales experience in a strong B2B, pharmaceutical, or medical device environment; or two years of relevant field clinical support experience.
• Alternatively, two years of cardiology experience in a multispecialty hospital or three years as a Junior Military Officer leading a team, project, or account.
• Valid state driver's license and ability to drive an automobile.
• Ability to influence clinical decision-making through sales presentations and discussion of clinical data.
• Willingness to relocate, at hire and throughout employment, within the Area Director's assigned area.
